Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains how withdrawal and refund requests work for Bookify Digital ebook orders. It does not limit any consumer rights that apply under law.

Your 14-day withdrawal right

Consumers generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right ends after supply begins only when you gave prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledged that you would lose the withdrawal right once supply starts, and received the required contract confirmation.

Before submitting an immediate-download ebook order, you must expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends when supply starts. This confirmation is recorded with the order and shown in the order confirmation. If you do not agree, you cannot place an immediate-download order. If your withdrawal right still applies, you can tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw within the applicable period.

How to contact us

Use our contact form for a withdrawal or refund request. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the ebook title, and a short description of the issue. You do not need to mail a digital file back to us.

Faulty or misdescribed ebooks

If a download is missing, damaged, cannot be opened on a device listed as compatible, or does not match its description, contact us through the form above. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. The digital-content withdrawal exception does not remove your statutory rights for content that is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be made using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We will process it within the time required by law. We will confirm the outcome of your request by email.
